Meet the Doctors
Dr. Gary Berman graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 1981. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a fellow of the International College of Dentists, a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a PostDDS fellow. He is a member of the ADA, State and local dental societies. He was named Michigan Dental Citizen of the Year in 2002 by the Michigan Dental Association and Dentist Citizen of the Year in 2006 by the Detroit District Dental Association. Dr. Berman is board certified in Forensic Dentistry and was part of the initially responding disaster team (DMORT) to both the World Trade Center and Hurricane Katrina disaster. He has also taught courses throughout the United States including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Nebraska, Missouri, Colorado and Florida. He is a past president of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, a past president of the American Board of Forensic Odontology, a past Chair of the Odontology Section of the American Academy of Forensic Science and is the morgue operations chief for the state of Michigan's MiMORT disaster team. Dr. Berman has also co-authored text book chapters on Dental Identification and Disaster Victim Identification.
Dr. Kenneth Fox is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan Dental School. He is a PostDDS fellow. He is a member of the ADA, State and local dental societies, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Fox believes a healthy mouth and a shining smile are signs of a successful visit to his dental office. Dr. Fox regularly takes continuing education classes so he can provide the best care for his patients and offer them the latest advances in dental treatment. Dr. Fox works part time in the recently sold (October 2024) Westland location. This office was sold to an amazing dental group, and Dr Fox will continue to work part time in it.
Dr. Beth Rosenberg is a 1997 graduate of the University of Michigan Dental School. Dr. Rosenberg has started teaching full time at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School as of August 2023, and is no longer seeing patients in the office.
Dr. Chrissy Panagos graduated from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry. Throughout the years, Dr. Panagos has held many leadership positions. She served as Vice President of her dental class and received the Leadership Recognition award for her services. During her time at UDM, she also participated in research and graduated top of her class in endodontic procedures and received Dr. Ahmed Sarhan’s Certificate of Excellence in Endodontics award. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Michigan Dental Association (MDA). Dr. Panagos enjoys giving back to the community with volunteer activities such as Michigan’s Mission of Mercy, Team Smile, and others. Dr. Panagos is dedicated to providing efficient quality care that is patient centered. She is devoted to improving the oral health of her patients. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Panagos spends time with her friends, family, and her dog. She also loves to travel around the world.
